Job Description

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 

Location

Richmond, VA; Rutherford, NJ; This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Analyst serves as a vital, business-facing bridge between core HR operations and our HR technology platforms.  This role focuses heavily on user enablement, front-end system data management, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in process mapping, creating comprehensive documentation, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and delivering actionable data reporting to drive business decisions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Partner directly with HR stakeholders and business lines to map out "as-is" and "to-be" HR workflows. Translate operational pain points into clear, system-supported requirements and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Front-End Administration: Perform day-to-day functional technical tasks within SAP SuccessFactors, including managing front-end configurations, 

  • LMS Management: Act as the primary functional owner for the Learning Management System (LMS). Responsible for uploading digital learning content, tracking compliance training metrics, and troubleshooting end-user access issues.

  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Build, run, and maintain standard and ad-hoc compliance and workforce reports. Conduct regular data validation and system audits to safeguard data cleanliness, compliance, and alignment with company standards.

  • Documentation & Training: Author and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials. Lead training sessions to ensure high system adoption and comfort among non-technical HR users.

  • User Support & Ticket Management: Act as the first line of business support for HR system inquiries. Manage and resolve incoming requests through ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring communication loops are closed with users.

Core Required Skills and Competencies

  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot trends, identify pain points, and logically diagnose process bottlenecks.

  • Communication & Enablement: Strong verbal and written skills; patient and clear when training non-technical users on system features.

  • Prioritization & Multitasking: Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.

Function Specific Skills

  • Proven aptitude for process mapping and creating clear, concise technical documentation.

  • Highly proficient in enterprise productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).  LookerStudio or other data visualization software experience is highly desirable.

Required Minimum Years Experience

  • 2 + years of experience working within an HR Operations or HRIS capacity.

  • 2+ Hands-on experience as an administrator or super-user in an HR system (SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable)

Required Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or related field.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
