Location/Work Type: On-site (Client Site - Automotive Assembly Plant) Statesville Blvd, Cleveland, NC 27013 Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday (10:00 PM - 6:30 PM) Requirements: High work ethic, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and complete required safety training (Confined Space, Lock Out/Tag Out). In this active role, our Industrial Custodian team members clean paint booth stations, remove paint overspray from windows and concrete using approved chemicals, and assist with heavy project cleaning like lifting floor grates. You will operate machinery such as pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers, replace filters, work in confined spaces when needed, and report any maintenance needs to your supervisor.   What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and great attention to detail. Ability to work comfortably in hot and/or dirty industrial conditions (all proper PPE is provided!). Physical strength to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and pass safety training for Confined Work Spaces and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
