Responsibilities

● Manage the entire import shipment process from bulk order placement by ZALORA, purchase
order creation, cargo readiness and liaising with freight forwarders to ensure shipments are
delivered to the warehouse within the expected time frame.
● Check and ensure each shipment contains complete and accurate shipment documents
provided (ie. invoices, and packing list, AWB, BL).
● Build good working relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of stocks to Zalora RDC.
● Update shipment information in internal systems and ensure a complete set of shipping
documents are stored electronically and physically.
● Carry out detailed checks on freight invoices received from freight forwarders versus rate card
before requesting for approval to proceed with payment to freight forwarders.
● Ensure shipments into the warehouse are compliant with company policies, bonded warehouse and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) guidelines.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or other related field
● Posses 2 or more years of freight forwarding / supply chain experience.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and results oriented.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. Possess a strong attention to
details.
● Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
