Mechanical and Utility EIT - Facilities Services - UTK

The Mechanical and Utility EIT provides direction to the utility disciplines, engineers, designs and lays out work in conjunction with the needs of the water, HVAC, electrical, steam utilities and the steam/power plant under supervision of the senior mechanical engineer III. Develops projects in conjunction with the master plan including project design, engineering, estimates and proposed schedules; organizes and participates in design/construction teams; reviews design plans and specifications and estimates; influences and manages construction budgets.
