Job Description
- Meet business growth goals and optimize adoption and usage of Search Ads 360 across customer portfolio.
- Act as the Google domain expert and chief point of contact for all things programmatic, especially as a product expert in Google Marketing Platforms (GMP) and Search Ads 360. Develop, drive, and renew agency partnerships across the organization from account teams to Chief-level stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and issues. Lead customer communications, feature prioritization, and resolve client issues.
- Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against our client’s desired customer business outcomes. Consult agency partners on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practices to drive search marketing success.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Google product, business, marketing, and customer support teams to enable client success and pursue opportunities within accounts.
