We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Foreperson (Design Development) to join our Commercial Construction division, based in our Toronto office. The Sheet Metal Foreperson (Design Development) will be responsible for supporting the Design Management Team in developing a functional, compliant, and cost-effective design within project timelines. This role will work closely with project managers, engineers, VDC teams, and site teams to ensure constructability, efficiency, and compliance with design requirements, while maximizing installation efficiencies and minimizing costs
