MANAGER CLINIC OPERATIONS- Ottumwa & Bussey

JOB SUMMARY: This individual consults, advises and assists the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Clinic Services in providing leadership and direction in coordinating operational activities of clinic services with Pella Regional Health Services at one or more sites.  This position is responsible for ensuring that the operational activities across all sites are uniform where possible and in alignment with overall PRHC strategic goals and initiatives. A Clinic Manager may be assigned one or more departments and/or physical sites.
