Sr. Business Systems Analyst
 
Position Summary
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, driving business performance through data-driven insights, process optimization, and technology solutions. This role collaborates across departments to identify opportunities for operational improvement, enhance data quality, and develop analytics that support informed decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and skilled at translating business needs into scalable solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, process improvement opportunities, and analytics requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, and validation activities for business initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness and support strategic objectives.
  • Lead data quality initiatives to improve data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems.
  • Increase user adoption and satisfaction with reporting tools, dashboards, and business processes.
  • Utilize Power BI and other analytics platforms to deliver meaningful and impactful reporting solutions.
Systems & Technology Management
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and perform user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement system integrations to streamline business operations and improve data flow.
  • Support ERP systems, including upgrades, enhancements, conversions, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Support Global Salesforce systems and help develop impactful system upgrades through the utilization of flows and other Salesforce tools. 
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations for system and process improvements.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Develop communication plans and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout project lifecycles.
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with global leadership teams to align technology and analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
 
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, systems analysis, or a related role
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce admin functionality and flow design.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence reporting tools
  • Strong business analysis and project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational adoption strategies
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data integration
  • Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise business applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality management, and master data management practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

Location: This position is fully remote. While candidates based in Georgia are preferred, we welcome applications from qualified candidates.
