You will operate at the intersection of creative strategy, media performance, and AI content generation, building and iterating on ads that directly influence revenue at scale. Working with fast-moving e-commerce brands, you will design concepts, produce AI video and static assets, and continuously optimize based on real performance data. The environment is highly experimental, fast-paced, and driven by measurable outcomes rather than traditional production processes. You will work across multiple creative formats—from AI UGC to cinematic product demos—constantly testing what performs best.
