We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Assistant to join our Human Resources team for a one-year term position at our Winnipeg office.

As an Organizational Development Assistant, you will join a large, collaborative HR team where you can learn from experienced professionals, build strong connections, and gain exposure to a wide range of HR programs. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate with a passion for HR who wants to start their career and grow in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for OD initiatives, including change management, training materials, and workplace programs.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support at local conferences and events.

  • Assist with performance management processes, reporting, inbox management, and development of tools and improvements.

  • Support relocation processes, including tracking and reconciliations.

  • Coordinate training events and programs, including logistics, registrations, communications, and event set-up.

  • Manage system tasks in our Learning Management System, including reporting, troubleshooting, communications, and eLearning distribution

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including career fairs and related hiring initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Recent post-secondary graduate with education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, data and reports, and learning new systems quickly.

  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

  • A positive, professional approach and genuine interest in building a career in HR.

  • Some relevant experience through a co-op, internship, part-time role, volunteer work, or campus involvement is considered an asset.

  • Extensive experience is not required—this role is designed for someone starting out in their HR career.

  • This role may on occasion require a flexible work schedule and/or work beyond normal working hours.
