Job Description

工作职责:

  • 1. Strategic Account Management

    · Develop and execute strategic plans for micro-E global/regional corporate accounts. Deeply penetrate accounts to understand needs, increase market shares and enhance customer satisfaction.

    2. Business Growth & Sales Targets

    · Own and achieve annual sales budget, forecast, and targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including water circularity, Chemical, equipment, digital solutions and value-added services.

    3. Executive Relationship Building

    · Establish and maintain solid, trust-based strategic partnerships with senior client leadership

    4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

    · Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform regional sales strategies.

    · Cross-functional leadership: Lead and coordinate a cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-impact total solutions.

    5. Market Insight & Value Selling

    · Possess a deep understanding of industry trends and technical challenges in microelectronics (UPW water, wastewater reuse, chemical etc). Articulate the business value of solutions effectively.

    6.Contract Negotiation & Management

    · Lead the negotiation, renewal, and management of large, complex global or regional service contracts, ensuring company profitability and risk control.

    7. Leadership

    · Lead 5-6 corporate account manager teams to develop capabilities and achieve the common business goals

任职要求:

  • · Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, electronics, or related fields.

    · 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or strategic account management serving large enterprise clients in an industrial setting with at 5-8 year focused specifically on the microelectronics/semiconductor.

    · Proven ability to communicate with and influence C-level and senior management decisions, with an established network of high-level contacts.

    · Exceptional communication negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills

    · Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

    · Fluent in English and Mandarin; capable of operating effectively in a multicultural environment.

    · High learning agility and ability to quickly grasp emerging technologies and market dynamics.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes challenges related to water

    · Preferred candidates with experiences as mega suppliers of semiconductor companies and skillful for direct-selling model

    · Proven success managing global accounts or complex project matrix teams

    within a multinational corporation

    · Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to develop high-quality technical-commercial proposals.
