JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a temporary (6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract), hands‑on project role for a senior and experienced Recruitment Specialist engaged to design, implement and embed improvements to the global recruitment function.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role where you will lead concrete enhancements across employer branding, recruitment processes, Workday Recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate experience. You will work closely with the HR Director, HR leadership, and senior business stakeholders to deliver improvements that are practical, measurable, and sustainable.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys transformation, structure, and building things that last.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement an improved global recruitment approach aligned with business needs and best practice
- Strengthen employer brand visibility across digital recruitment channels
- Drive measurable improvements in quality of hire, time to hire, and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement recruitment policies, procedures, and toolkits
- Optimise and standardise end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Maximise the use of Workday Recruitment, including talent pools, evergreen job ads, and reporting
- Establish recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks
- Partner with HR and senior managers to embed new ways of working
- Review and improve recruitment agency partnerships and vendor governance
- Improve candidate experience and recruitment‑to‑onboarding handover
Your profile
- Senior in‑house Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering recruitment transformation or improvement projects
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Recruitment
- Experience with employer branding and careers sites
- Solid understanding of modern recruitment tools and labour markets
- Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing senior stakeholders
