- Job Summary
Responsible for transporting workers/staff to different destinations. and to serve other company requirements.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to
- Coordinate and receive instructions from HR Manager to fulfill tasks.
- Transport people / staff / foreign / external consultants from and to company.
- Conduct different services outside company.
- Deposit Checks Collected by customers and withdraw funds from Banks to replenish the safe cash.
- Relay all documents related to export/import shipments to Banks for processing.
- Retrieve the Bill of Lading from Freight Forwarders in order to proceed with shipments.
- Performs routine check of vehicle assigned to ensure safe and road worthiness condition.
- Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres etc.
- Delivery / Collections of Samples from local Customers.
- Attend Emergency cases (such as accidents and other emergency issues at company) as and when assigned i.e. taking injured employees to Government hospitals for treatment in coordination with Security / HR team.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Implement health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
- Attend all training offered by the company and Contribute in the different OH&S activities
- Report lock out, near misses, and stop unsafe acts and conditions.
- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before beginning any work.
- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
- Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
- Adhere and implement emergency response plan and location of first aid and firefighting equipment.
