Job Description
- Identify problems and issues across the organization and define/lead programs and processes to solve them.
- Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
- Launch Strategy and Operations to support Core's strategic agenda, ensuring the foundation of the S&O organization is set up to deliver outsized impact.
- Develop, in partnership with cross-functional, new S&O supporting key workflows, strategic communications, and new operating models.
- Support the S&O VP with high discretion initiatives and evergreen activities.
