- Assess ERP and sub-ledger data models to ensure they support Finance reporting, data reuse, downstream automation needs, and audit/regulatory expectations; recommend and implement changes.
- Drive strong governance and control over ERP data flows to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance; validate through testing, UAT oversight, and go-live support.
Automation Strategy Support & Execution
- Support in defining the Finance automation strategy, including where automation should be centralized, federated, or self-service.
- Work with delivery teams to operationalize automation capabilities while maintaining appropriate controls and enabling Finance team efficiency.
- Support value tracking and benefits realization for automation initiatives, reporting outcomes to leadership.

Stakeholder and Delivery Partner Engagement
- Act as key liaison between Finance, Finance IT, and CDO teams on data strategy, governance, automation and ERP-related matters; escalate and resolve issues to drive progress.
- Provide clear guidance and accountability to Data Enablement and delivery teams on data principles, standards and ownership; monitor adherence and course-correct as needed.
