Assistant Manager Beverage - Main Service Bar

It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Beverage Manager to maintain high standards in Beverage Services and support the objectives of the Food and Beverage Division. The Assistant Manager supervises the Beverage department staff to ensure proper service to all customers. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
