Job Description

Ability to recognize operational needs, execute appropriate changes and maintain workflow.  Goal focused with the desire to uncover customer needs and make recommendations as they arise. Field customer calls and inquiries with the ability to provide options and solutions.

 

Assist with audits and reviews on products/services supported by Business Banking.  

 

Willingness to be coached and participate in coaching sessions in multiple areas, from skill building to proper follow through. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, effectiveness, and customer service. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial products/services. Ability and desire to be actively involved in the community, networking events, and/or volunteerism.

 

Provide support and teamwork to coworkers as needed and/or directed. Willingness to assist in branch visits and training sessions where your area of expertise is beneficial.

 

Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise, and responsible for compliance with all banking regulations. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems including but not limited to: the Code of Conduct and Ethics, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
