DC Supervisor - Starting Pay - 30.00

Job Posting:

• Ferguson is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a DC Supervisor
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm - Overtime as required
• Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan.
• Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks.
• Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility.
• Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring.
• Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

$20.44 - $44.42

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
