Lead in coordinating process conversions and system setup requests for automated lot processing.
Support the implementation of New Part Requests (NPRs) by following business rules and BKMs under guidance
Enter and verify changes in Micron’s process management systems, including SPC, Traveler, Queue Time, and other change control applications
Perform conflict checks to validate accuracy and safety of conversion setups
Maintain and update part setups as directed, ensuring compliance with NPR guidelines
Contribute to documentation of lessons learned and business rules to improve conversion practices
Prepare and maintain simple weekly/monthly reports as assigned
Provide basic training and user support on Micron’s conversion management systems and BKMs
Ensure adherence to Micron’s global standards in all conversion-related activities under supervision

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related discipline
Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and workflows; prior internship or academic project experience in a semiconductor environment is a plus
Familiarity with fab systems such as process control, traveler management, and lot tracking
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including process development, integration, and yield enhancement (YE)
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic technology development (TD) environment
Good verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly document and share findings
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking through coursework or projects
Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership for assigned tasks
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required; experience with Tableau or scripting is a plus but not mandatory)
Ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to detail
