Accounts Payable Supervisor

Pritchard Industries is a national leader in the facility services space, with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join its newly established Financial Shared Services Center in Duluth, GA. The AP Supervisor leads day-to-day AP operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments in a high‑volume, multi‑location environment. The Supervisor is accountable for AP service levels (SLAs), operational KPIs, internal controls, and continuous improvement, and coaches and develops AP staff while partnering cross‑functionally (Operations, Procurement, and Finance) to drive standardization and modernization of AP workflows, including automation and improvements.
