Coordinate with clients and correspondent banks to resolve queries raised by Trade Finance/CMS Operations. Issue Letters of Credit and ensure proper documentation. Conduct initial scrutiny of trade documents before forwarding to CPC for processing. Attend to front-end requirements of corporate customers. Coordinate with CPC, CMS, and Clearing teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements. Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed turnaround times (TAT). Maintain familiarity with Trade Finance and CMS products.
