Mill Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be managing an experienced and professional supervisory team and coordinating with the Maintenance, Powerhouse, Panroom, Safety, Quality and Procurement departments to ensure the safe and efficient production and shipment of required product(s) through the use of Company assets. Providing off- shift support is instrumental in ensuring continuous operations to meet plant objectives. The Mill Manager is an integral part of the leadership team for this Facility and will oversee and influence the development strategy with the senior management team
