Supply Chain Program Lead
Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Program Lead is responsible for leading the optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of supply chain systems, data, and operational processes. This role ensures that applications, reporting tools, workflow automation, and master data support efficient, standardized, and scalable operations across procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing support, logistics, and fulfillment. This position works closely with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve system performance, data quality, process consistency, and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead support, enhancement, and optimization of supply chain systems, apps, and reporting tools
- Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Manage system enhancements, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards
- Monitor system and reporting performance; identify gaps and drive improvements
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, and reports
- Establish and enforce master data standards, validation rules, and governance controls
- Lead data quality initiatives through audits, KPI tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Drive process standardization, reporting visibility, and cross-functional adoption of new tools and processes
Performance Metrics:
- Accuracy and availability of data, reports, apps, and tools
- Data quality and compliance with governance standards

- On-time, on-budget delivery of key initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong IT and Systems knowledge (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate & DAX essential)
- Meticulous approach to data accuracy and application performance.
- Quick learner, adept at adjusting to new technologies and requirements.
- Strong foundational skills in HTML/CSS.
- Deep understanding of best practices in database management.
- Experience with master data governance, data quality controls, and process standardization
- Ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong foundational skills in HTML/CSS.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and process control environments
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of system integrations and workflow automation
- Global or multi-site supply chain experience
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and operations support
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain systems, process improvement, master data management, or related roles
