Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, who can work in and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Manages order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce
  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate shipments and invoices
  • Partners with sales representatives in processing customer needs

  • Owns the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED
  • 1 year of prior experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior experience in customer service
