The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetics, and understands how to take a product from concept to shelf while building a powerful, recognizable brand.
- Understand customer requirements, identify where their needs are not being met, and create products to fill those gaps
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements
- Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases
- Act as company representative to build product awareness
- 3-7 years experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetic brands
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing a successful product from inception to launch
- Strong background in product development and brand strategy
- Experience working with manufacturers, lab, and packaging vendors
- knowledge of retail, e-commerce,and global markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with presenting to large groups
- Highly organized, creative, and results-driven
