This individual will be a key contributor in product development forums, strategic planning exercises, and customer experience initiatives, representing the voice of the market and ensuring decisions are grounded in robust insight. This role ensures that the business has a deep, consistent understanding of customer behaviours, preferences, and needs, as well as broader market, competitor, and regulatory trends.
