Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including presale solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements.
- Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or minute of meeting.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Working closely with customers, implementer team, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing, documentation, and training user.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects including project quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with implementer team to support tickets and participate in an on-call support as required.
- Aware of Best Practice for tool implementation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in role of Business or System Analyst.
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
- Project management skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality
- Problem solving skill.
- Good in English.
- Experience of designing, developing and/or implementing ITIL aligned processes including ITSM, ITAM solutions would be an advantage.
- ITIL Certification (Foundation, Specialist) would be an advantage.
