
AM- Housekeeping Dispatch
Job Description
Receives and logs all incoming calls to the housekeeping communication desk. Distributes all information to appropriate people via radio, telephone, pager. Opens the department and assigns the work load to room cleaners and house attendants per department procedures. Receives all lost and found articles, logs them, labels them and delivers to the housekeepers office. Receives and documents all lost and found inquiries. Investigates losses and notifies housekeeper of items to be recovered.
