Expected salary range of $63,900 to $71,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Perform entry-level Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, recruitment and employment equity programs. Works under direct supervision, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Partner with Senior Human Resources Business Partner and/or Human Resources Managers to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Support recruitment activity as needed in partnership with talent acquisition function.
  • Facilitate and/or provide training and orientation to the workforce.
  • Administration of HR objectives, policies and procedures.
  • Provide transactional support of employee and organizational changes.
  • Provides coaching and counseling to business to resolve employee issues, under direction of HR Business Partner


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to use best judgment in critical decision making
  • Human Resources experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Works effectively and relates well with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
  • Effective communication skills verbally and in writing across all levels
  • The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
