How You Will Make History Here…
As a DSD Sales Operations Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality support to sales and operations teams. By ensuring system accuracy, resolving issues quickly, and supporting day-to-day DSD operations, you will help maintain strong service levels and enable efficient route and distributor performance.
This is a hybrid role based in Hanover, PA.
What You Will Do…
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from distributors, sales managers, DSD operations, and retailers, ensuring timely and thorough resolution
Track and manage incoming issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure closure
Maintain accurate warehouse authorization data and item setup for DSD locations and routes
Support order processing, product credits, inventory accuracy, and error resolution across DSD systems
Monitor IDP orders throughout the end-to-end consignment process to ensure accuracy, identify issues, and prevent disruptions
Validate IDP delivery activity and troubleshoot discrepancies related to shipments, receipts, and inventory movements
Assist with shrink issues, planning discrepancies, cycle counts, and nightly error reporting
Audit warehouse transactions and ensure data accuracy to support operational decisions
Create and maintain sample customer setups and DSD data entries
Manage purchase orders, inventory, and support quarterly audit processes for Bill and Hold locations
Maintain documentation including the Warehouse Support Manual
Support claims processes and maintain relationships with partner brands
Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely processing of route credits and alignment with settlement timelines
Provide on-call support for system or application issues outside of standard business hours
Provide SAP support to hubs, plants, and field teams, including troubleshooting system issues and resolving transactional errors
Contribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed
Who You Will Work With…
You will partner closely with IDP Support, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Route Account Management teams to resolve issues and drive process alignment
What You Will Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process data and transactions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with systems such as Oracle and SharePoint
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools
It Would Be Great if You Have… (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting DSD operations or distribution environments
Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, or warehouse support processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, or supply chain
Exposure to data reporting, auditing, or system error resolution
Familiarity with Settlement Statements, claims management, or consignment inventory workflows
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$37,400-$51,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
