Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one  We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Vitalé Café Bar team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training. What you'll be doing Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience  Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment  Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment  Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8am and 8:30pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
