**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. 

- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. 

- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. 

- Monitor patient progress and respond to any adverse reactions or complications during treatment. 

- Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, side effects, and care plans. 

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation. 

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior radiation therapists and support staff. 

- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous professional development activities. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent). 

- Extensive experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a senior or lead role. 

- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and treatment planning systems. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
