  • Leveraging the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to understand daily goals and maintain building balance and steady workflow
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous productivity improvements

  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and methodologies for all retail processing activities

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to improve, learn and adapt
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines

And here’s our end of the bargain!

  • Competitive compensation based on skills and experience, and bonus eligible
  • Paid leave for new parents to support work/life balance and family bonding
  • Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday)
  • Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest
  • Generous employee discount
  • Casual dress…and we really mean it
