Your Leadership in Action
Provides clinical and administrative leadership to plan, direct, and evaluate safe, high-quality resident care for a 39-bed facility. Leads performance management through ongoing measurement, action planning, and evaluation across key areas, including budget, productivity, safety culture, employee engagement, resident and physician satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Provides leadership for staffing, education, and performance management to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care and strong team engagement.
- Oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and adherence to policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Leads quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and performance monitoring to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to enhance care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous organizational improvement.
What's Required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, OR a minimum of seven (7) years of direct supervisory experience
- At least five (5) years of experience providing direct resident care in a long-term care, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or equivalent setting
- Current CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
