1.过程质量控制策划

策划和改进从原材料进厂至成品出库整个过程的质量控制流程，完善质量控制标准文件和过程检验方法；

2.过程质量控制实施

•监督过程质量控制中标准和规范的实施，确保质量控制实施的有效性和完整性；

•发现生产过程种出现的质量异常和潜在异常，减少和杜绝质量事故的发生；

•监督IPQC日常工作及考核；

3.不合格品管理

针对发现的异常和不合格品，及时组织团队进行分析/处置，制定不合格处理方案和纠正预防措施，督促责任部门落实整改方案并验证实施效果；NCR清单维护；

4.客户管理

处理客户投诉问题，组织团队进行原因分析并制定整改措施，完成8D报告及客户投诉清单维护；

5.例行性审核和测试

•按照审核计划进行产品过程审核；

•协助进行过程相关测试和试验；

6.持续改进

识别生产过程中TOP不良，制定品质改善目标，组织、推动和跟踪品质改善措施的实施和验证；

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:

Performing in-process and final product acceptance based on AQL sampling.
Coordinating process improvement activities with work order; drawing changes with Mfg. Engineering and Operations as required.
Willing to assist or coordinate auditor efforts in other areas as required. 
Keeping management apprised of progress and obstacles that constrain attainment of company objectives. 
Understanding the plant policies and environment as it pertains to the safety of employees, operation of equipment, handling of equipment, and materials. 
Understanding and monitoring QA and Production performance as defined in foundry control plans.
