Clean Team is actively seeking a dedicated and dependable individual to fill a part-time evening commercial cleaning position in Fenton, MI. Working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the designated facility. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

Surface Maintenance: Dusting, wiping down, and sanitizing desks, countertops, tables, and frequently touched surfaces.

Floor Care: Performing routine floor maintenance, including thorough sweeping, vacuuming carpeted areas, and mopping hard floors.

Sanitization: Cleaning, disinfecting, and fully restocking commercial restrooms and employee break areas.

Waste Management: Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners throughout the facility, and transporting waste to designated disposal areas.

Inventory Control: Monitoring cleaning supply levels and restocking paper products (towels, tissue) as needed.

Safety Compliance: Following all established safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and company cleaning guidelines.

Time Management: Efficiently completing all assigned tasks independently within the structured 4-hour nightly shift.
Qualifications
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training, so prior experience is not required. However, we do look for the following:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Possess reliable transportation to and from the job site in Fenton, MI.

Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and stay on task without direct supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not mandatory.
