Retail Credit HMDA Specialist II

The main responsibility of the HMDA Specialist is to review and validate all HMDA data for consumer and/or small business loans, both originated and non-originated.  This position will conduct and/or participate in ongoing audits of loan applications for HMDA applicability, will become a subject matter expert in the HMDA work processes for both Consumer and Small Business, test and implement new HMDA work procedures, and perform correction and tracking of HMDA errors and omissions.  The HMDA Specialist is expected to communicate effectively.  Under minimal supervision, the position will perform a wide variety of functions relating to the HMDA documentation for all consumer and small...
