R&D Chemist, Concrete Admixtures

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products for flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Chemist – Concrete and Cement Admixtures to join our Research & Development team.

In this role, you will focus on the development and optimization of concrete and cement admixtures and other inorganic formulations, supporting applications across ready-mix, precast, and specialty concrete systems. You will design and execute laboratory experiments, evaluate performance characteristics such as workability, set time, strength development, and durability, and translate findings into scalable formulations. This position will also support production operations by ensuring product quality and consistency, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, all while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
