Job Summary/Position Overview
Under the direction of community sales leadership, the Move-In Coordinator provides sales support and administrative assistance to prospective residents and resident families as part of the sales and marketing team.

Synergy and collaboration with the community team managers
Successful sales and marketing efforts
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident communication, documentation, and move-in status within the lead management and community systems
Coordinate and track all required move-in documentation, including physician forms, assessments, financial paperwork, lease documents, and family/resident submissions to ensure timely completion prior to move-in
Serve as a primary point of contact for future residents and families throughout the move-in process, providing guidance, support, and timely communication to create a seamless transition into the community
Partner closely with the Sales team to support prospective residents from deposit through move-in, ensuring all required steps are completed efficiently and accurately
Facilitate lease review and signing with residents and families, answering questions and ensuring all required documentation is properly executed
Coordinate with the Resident Care Director to schedule an assessment with the resident as needed
Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dining, and other community departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident preferences are communicated prior to arrival
Schedule and coordinate move-in meetings with residents, families, and appropriate community team members
Assist with welcoming new residents on move-in day to ensure a positive first impression and exceptional customer experience
Maintain strong knowledge of community services, amenities, apartment offerings, and operational processes in order to effectively support residents and families
Support sales initiatives, resident events, and community engagement efforts as needed
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community associates to support a smooth and organized move-in experience
Other, related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude, ability to work as a team member
Availability to work some weekends, some evenings, and special occasions.
