
Senior Advisor, Data Partnerships
Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Data Partnerships to lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic partner relationships and drive initiatives that expand market opportunity, strengthen solution adoption, and accelerate commercial growth. This individual will play a highly visible role in shaping partnership strategy, advancing cross-functional priorities, and bringing new capabilities to market in close collaboration with internal leaders and external partners. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Partnerships, this role works closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Client teams, and represents Epsilon in strategic engagements with key external partners. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, strong commercial instincts, and deep fluency in the advertising technology ecosystem. You will be expected to operate as a strategic thought partner, influencing priorities across teams, synthesizing market and partner signals, and helping Epsilon identify where to invest, scale, and differentiate. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead a portfolio of strategic data and platform partner relationships, setting priorities, strengthening executive-level engagement, and driving long-term business value. Identify and advance partnership strategies that expand market opportunity, improve adoption of Epsilon PeopleCloud Audience Activation solutions, and support revenue growth. Shape and influence cross-functional priorities by translating partner needs, market dynamics, and commercial opportunities into actionable internal plans. Drive partner business reviews and planning discussions, using performance insights and market context to recommend actions and inform decision-making. Partner with senior collaborators across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Client teams to align on investment areas, go-to-market priorities, and execution plans. Lead the advancement of new partner capabilities, integrations, and critical initiatives by coordinating complex workstreams and resolving issues that may impede progress. Serve as a senior subject matter expert on partner capabilities, activation workflows, and ecosystem trends, enabling internal teams to position Epsilon effectively in the market. Represent Epsilon in high-impact external conversations, helping deepen partner alignment, unlock new opportunities, and reinforce Epsilon’s strategic value to the broader ecosystem. What Success Looks Like: Trusted executive-level relationships with key partners and strong credibility across internal leadership teams. Meaningful contribution to partnership strategy, solution adoption, and commercial growth across the audience activation portfolio. Successful advancement of strategic programs, integrations, or new capabilities that strengthen Epsilon’s position in the market. Qualifications Requirements: 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, strategy, operations, or a related client-facing role within the advertising technology, marketing technology, media, or data ecosystem. Strong command of the ad tech and data partnership landscape, including experience with platforms such as DSPs, DMPs/CDPs, social advertising platforms, identity or onboarding providers, and related activation solutions. Demonstrated success managing strategic external relationships and influencing complex, cross-functional initiatives across senior collaborator groups. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, assess tradeoffs, and translate partnership activity into business impact. Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences. High degree of judgment, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with enterprise marketers, agencies, platform partners, or other large-scale ecosystem stakeholders. Familiarity with audience activation, identity resolution, onboarding, measurement, or clean room-related partnership models. Experience helping define and launch new partner capabilities, strategic integrations, or go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with senior internal and external partners. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
