Overview We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to join a newly formed Groupe team working on one of our most creatively ambitious client accounts. This is a role with real influence - shaping how the account operates, while delivering standout, culturally relevant work across channels. You’ll partner closely with the Business Director to bring structure, pace, and clarity to a growing team. Responsibilities Take ownership of day-to-day account leadership, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from briefing through to launch Drive the development and delivery of integrated, through-the-line campaigns across brand, social, and content Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact and strategic partner Collaborate across internal teams and partner agencies to keep work moving forward with clarity and alignment Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows, maintaining high standards of organisation and transparency Support the Business Director by bringing structure and consistency to account processes as the team grows Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Proven experience in account management within an agency or similar environment Confidence managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders Sound judgement when balancing creative ambition with delivery requirements Clear communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing, evolving team Additional information Publicis London offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
