Job Description

Location: Colchester
💰 Salary: £24,570 (pro‑rata) + Generous Quarterly Bonus with earning potential of up to £28,570 (pro‑rata)

🕒 Hours: Between 8am–6pm, including our core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays.

What You’ll Do:

📞 Support customers over phone & email — customer service experience is essential
🎯 Learn new skills in a supportive, friendly team

Training & Working Pattern:

🎓 Training: 3 weeks, office based.
🏡 Office-based initially, with hybrid working (3 days WFH) once competent
