JOB SUMMARY

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Nutritional Services department.  Responsible for preparation, set-up, and distribution of patient services, special functions, cafeteria services and other meals.  Supervise associates and coordinate activities of the Nutritional Services department.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Education: Requires specialized training in basic principles or techniques which might be acquired through additional education or training up to 18 months beyond the high school level.

  • Licensure: Serve Safe Certified within the last 5 years.

  • Experience: Two to four years of food service experience required.
