Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks that auto-generate test scenarios from business process definitions, execute validation scripts, and produce pass/fail dashboards; accelerating release readiness and minimizing manual QA effort. Evaluate and pilot emerging Workday AI features (e.g., Workday Illuminate, ML-based recommendations) and assess their fit with organizational requirements, data privacy standards, and change-management readiness.
