About the Role
Drive the achievement of regional Bancassurance targets for partner bank through strong engagement across the branch network, close monitoring of sales activities, and proactive actions to ensure consistent delivery aligned with company direction.Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance across assigned branches through effective monitoring, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions
Collaborate closely with bank partners to support branch sales activities and drive lead generation initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, regularly reviewing performance and developing action plans to achieve targets
Prepare and present regular performance reports to Branch Managers, including insights, recommendations, and action plans
Provide timely updates to Sales Heads and team members on business performance and ensure follow-through on agreed action plans
Lead and facilitate monthly sales review meetings and performance discussions with bank sales teams
Deliver structured training, coaching, and engagement sessions to enhance sellers’ performance and capabilities
Conduct regular joint field work, with a focus on coaching and supporting rookie sellers who require additional guidance
Provide end-to-end service support, including follow-up on documentation, medical deferments, and customer service requests
Actively support recruitment and hiring of sellers, including sourcing candidates through various channels
Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and safeguarding the company’s reputation and brand
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial or Marketing
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales or marketing
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral)
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
