Job Description
- Oversee and maintain inventory.
- Responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory and kiting of jobs.
- Coordinate workload with Production Manager.
- Implement processes and procedures within the department.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Perform inventory transactions in ERP system (Made 2 Manage).
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory; safely store and organize for efficiency.
- Kit and distribute inventory items based upon job BOMs.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ship completed assemblies to customers or other company facilities.
- Keep inventory cage-area extremely well-organized and labeled for easy reference, safety and accessibility.
- Kit parts for production, intercompany transactions and returns.
- Clearly communicate inventory status with related departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of inventory experience.
- Maintain flexible and positive attitude in an ever-changing environment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with mechanical production components (pumps, etc.).
- Experience with electrical components (PLC’s, potentiometers, etc.).
- Experience with PVC and Stainless-Steel plumbing components.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and concise oral and written English language communication skills required, including proper grammar and e-mail etiquette.
- Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Detail oriented, with a high degree of follow-through.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Some college/technical school preferred.

- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, speak and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls.
- Must have manual dexterity to operate the equipment and tools required for this position.
- Must be able to quickly respond (with the hand, finger or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears.
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while working with customers, vendors and colleagues.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Light Industrial - May be exposed to areas of high noise levels, airborne and/or hazardous propellants, chemicals and industrial facilities. Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions.
Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
