At dentsu (Merkle), we're looking for a Client & Partnerships Specialist to help strengthen our ecosystem of clients, technology partners, and internal teams. This role sits at the heart of collaboration, supporting partner engagement initiatives, coordinating events, and ensuring strategic activities move seamlessly from planning to execution. You'll work closely with global technology partners, client teams, and business stakeholders to create impactful experiences that deepen relationships and support long-term business opportunities.

What You'll Do
Coordinate and execute client and partner engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, and marketing activities.
Build strong working relationships with technology partners, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
Support partnership activities by managing communications, coordinating follow-ups, and helping drive engagement opportunities.
Act as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, action items, and deliverables remain on track.
Support business development initiatives by helping organize events, managing participant engagement, and facilitating relationship-building opportunities.
Partner closely with client, account, and operations teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
Manage operational processes such as documentation, vendor registration, and administrative requirements to support successful execution.
Continuously identify ways to improve workflows, strengthen collaboration, and elevate the overall client and partner experience.
A Bit About You
At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, client success, account management, business development support, events, marketing operations, or other client-facing roles. Experience working with technology partners is a plus.
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across different stakeholder groups.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments.
Proactive and resourceful, you anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Curious about technology, marketing, and how partnerships can create meaningful business impact.
