Job Description

Bring your passion for data and leadership to a role where you will shape how Provider Data Management operates and improves at scale. As a Data Measurement and Reporting Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and frontline teams to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions and measurable outcomes. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting that enables data-driven decisions across Provider Data Management Operations. 

  • Establish and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) that align executive priorities with frontline execution. 

  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable operational insights. 

  • Integrate and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting outputs. 

  • Drive reporting governance by defining metrics, implementing data quality controls, and maintaining documentation. 

  • Manage and develop a team of reporting analysts by setting priorities, coaching talent, and ensuring high-quality delivery. 

  • Own reporting intake and prioritization, balancing demand, capacity, and timelines while communicating tradeoffs effectively. 

  • Serve as the business lead for reporting system enhancements, partnering with technology teams to define requirements and implement improvements. 

  • Operationalize analytics by embedding insights into workflows and continuously improving reporting processes and automation. 

Qualifications - Required 

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. 

  • 5+ years of experience leading reporting or analytics functions within an operations environment. 

  • Experience managing and developing analysts or reporting teams. 

  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to align reporting to both executive and operational needs. 

  • Proficiency in reporting and data tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms. 

  • Experience with data integration, metric definition, data quality management, and reporting governance. 

  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, including intake prioritization and delivery management. 

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. 

Qualifications - Preferred 

  • Experience in healthcare or provider operations. 

  • Familiarity with Agile practices. 

  • Understanding of relational databases, data models, and schema design. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data, analytics, or a related field. 

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills. 


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 107,900 - 179,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
