Interventional Radiology Tech

Performs Interventional Radiologic Procedures according to department policies, procedures, and protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Scrubs, monitors, circulates, and records Interventional procedures in a variety of locations with radiologists, cardiologists, or vascular surgeons. Participates in PI/ QC activities as assigned. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Maintains supplies and equipment for Radiology department. Responsible for processing, post processing, scanning, and transmission of Images to PACS.
