This is a front-facing, hands-on role that combines office administration, schedule management, vendors coordination, employee welfare support, and day-to-day operational assistance. As an Administrative Secretary, you will be responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment while supporting the smooth daily operation of the company. Responsibilities Manage executives' schedule and coordinate meetings. Provide ongoing administrative support for office operations. Handle expense reimbursements and related administrative processes. Work with suppliers, service providers, and couriers. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, including welcoming visitors and providing initial assistance. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and representative office environment. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, including administrative positions during military service, office administration, store management, or similar functions. Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings. Experience in a front-facing role involving reception, visitor assistance, or customer service. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
